For perfect results:
- To make one cup of hot chocolate mix 1 full soupsoon of chocolate powder on top of fresh warm milk and stir well or use the steam output of the espresso machine.
- To make one glass of cold chocolate better use a blender. Pour enough fresh cold milk until you cover the blender’s blades, then use 1 soupspoon of chocolate powder and 2 ice cubes. Have the blender in full power until the ice cubes are well crushed. Then serve in a glass filled with 5-7 ice cubes.
