Barista Skills Foundation

Barista Skills Intermediate
Dates: December 18 & 19
Hours: 15:00 – 22:00
Duration: 2 days
Cost: €535 + €50 SCA fee
Upgrade your knowledge to an advanced level, diving deeper into workflow, extraction parameters, tasting accuracy, and the demands of a modern coffee bar.

Who is Panagiotis Nikas?
Panagiotis Nikas is a Greek author and coffee trainer with over 30 years of experience in hospitality and barista education. Holder of the SCA Coffee Diploma and certified Authorized Trainer in Barista Skills and Brewing, he has trained hundreds of professionals through the Barista Academy Network. As an author, he has published works such as The Handbook of Home Barista, Enjoy Coffee at Home, and the travel book series Journey Through Coffee-Producing Countries. He combines practical experience, theoretical knowledge, and a passion for coffee culture, actively participating in trainings and conferences in Greece and abroad.
