Very well known as the sacred “elixir” of longevity. We prepare this unique herbal tea from the mature leaves of Cretan sage, collected in midsummer from the wild and rocky areas of Rouvas forest, located in the southern part of Psilorites mountain. Its taste is strong and “rich” with an intense revitalizing aroma of sage.
