Using a refractometer, we recorded the coffee\u2019s concentration of solid particles, and in combination with the <em>brew ratio<\/em>, we calculated the <strong>extraction yield<\/strong> to see how well the brewing was performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And our team?
