One of our most favorite single variety coffees. It comes from Ipanema Farm. Dark chocolate & hazelnut with citrus acidity such as orange & and long vanilla aftertaste.
Variety: Yellow Bourbon.
Altitude: 1350m.
Processing: Pulped Natural.
Use fresh mineral water and adjust the amount of extraction according to your taste preference.
