The Instructor
The seminar will be led by Panagiotis Nikas, one of the most highly qualified coffee trainers in Greece. With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and barista training, he holds the SCA Coffee Diploma and is a certified Authorized Trainer in Barista Skills and Brewing. He has trained hundreds of professionals and combines practical expertise with strong theoretical knowledge.
