Description
One of our most favorite single variety coffees. It comes from Ipanema Farm. It is a very balanced coffee, ideal for espresso but also for filter extraction with a V60 or chemex dripper. Dark chocolate & hazelnut with citrus acidity such as orange & and long vanilla aftertaste.
Variety: Yellow Bourbon.
Altitude: 1350m.
Processing: Pulped Natural.
